為增強輥道窯急冷區(qū)輥棒的抗彎能力開發(fā)生產的星形輥棒、內外花棒，在基礎不增加截面面積的情況下，間接增加了壁厚，從而有效增強了對大風壓產生的彎曲壓力的抵抗能力，且熱震性能優(yōu)異，解決了該區(qū)域普 通輥棒使用過程中易彎、易裂、易斷的難題。
Special shaped rollers have been developed to increase the bending of the rollers used at the fast cooling zone of roller kiln .The wall thickness of the roller is indirectly increased with out increasing the area of the cross section. The bending strength of rollers against the heavy air pressure is effectively increased and the thermal shock resistance is excellent. It resolves the problem that the common rollers easily bend, crack and break when being used at fast cooling zone.
